We contacted a few companies when we decided to install a spiral staircase. Only one company, Spiralworks, said there would be no delays because their stairs were made in Australia and not imported from Europe.

From the start their staff were really helpful, giving advice and answering all our questions.

The staircase arrived in a large, heavy box with all the items individually wrapped and labelled – everything was in perfect condition.

Assembling the staircase was easy, and having a second strong male to assist us helped with positioning the landing and aligning the stair rods.

The finished product is perfect, just what we wanted. We designed the house ourselves and couldn’t be happier with the way our spiral staircase looks and functions.
